I will personally bring your purchased items to your next scheduled 1:1 Session or class. You can make a purchase without having a session scheduled, but I'm not able to deliver items in any other way, so if we don't end up having a session together then I will cancel and refund the order.
In short, because I want to be able to offer the most competitive price possible to you, without having to worry about keeping in tons of stock and shipping things out on my end. I'm not offering this particular service to make money - I'm hoping that this provides you with a convenient and easy way to try out and access high-quality treats and equipment at an affordable price. I try to offer the lowest price you could reasonably find online (on official brand stores and Amazon), which in part is facilitated by skipping shipping!
Absolutely - each product will have links to view the product page on the official brand website, which will allow you to check out everything you need to know. If you have any questions, you're welcome to discuss this with me during or outside of sessions, and you can also reach out to the brands themselves with more specific queries that I may not be able to help with.
I can only accept returns for a refund of UNOPENED items. If for instance you've discovered that your dog isn't keen on a certain flavour, or it's not agreeing with them, please do let me know and I'll see what I can do - I may be able to take them back so they don't go to waste, but I can't offer a refund in this circumstance. Refunds will only be available for unopened items in a saleable condition (ie. packaging undamaged), or if there is a clear defect with the item. Please read the full Terms and Conditions for details on what consitutes defects and your rights regarding refunds.
